Return Policy

No exchanges or returns will be made on orders that exceed the return policy timeframe of 30 days. Lookyno will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A tracking number must be provided for all returns/exchanges. Items must be returned in original packaging with instructions and all accessories. Return address will be provided by customer service specialist.

How long does a return take to process?

Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Paid Return Postage is paid by the customer.

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days after your return is processed.

How long will it take for a refund to reflect on my payment method?

Your refund will reflect in your account within 5-10 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your banking institution.

Returns not meeting our return requirements may result in the loss of a refund or replacement.  

Defective Item Return or Exchange Information

Items received damaged or defective can be exchanged or returned by contacting our Customer Support Team.  A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). We must be provided back with a tracking number for the return.

If you wish to return the item, you can contact customs and request for the item be returned and we must be provided back with a tracking number. After we receive the item back in our warehouse, we can issue a refund, minus the initial and return costs of shipping.

Returning an Item due to Customer Refusal of Delivery

Customer refusals after the item have been fulfilled and it is with the carrier, will be partially refunded after shipping charges for initial delivery and shipping item return charges are deducted from the original purchase amount.

My order was delivered to the wrong address.

Please contact our customer support team to adjust your delivery address details via support@lookyno.com Mon - Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please keep in mind orders that have been marked shipped we are not able to edit/modify/cancel once they have been shipped out.

Return Condition

All order issues must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Unless the product description says otherwise you can return any item purchased through lookyno within  30 days of delivery. After your return request is approved, you retrieve the email from the customer service representative, which will tell you our return address.

Items returned are fully refundable as long as the items are returned in the condition they were delivered in. Depending on the condition that the item is received. lookyno reserves the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

Exchanges Condition

Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! We will always do our best to provide exchanges or replacements when requested, but due to the deep discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available.

Refunds

Once returns are received they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method.
